How the Slateshore site may be used: general information, not advice or an offer; calculator results are arithmetic; outside sites have their own terms.
Using Slateshore Pages for Information Only
The pages on this site describe business funding options in general terms for owners in and around Hastings, NE. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and they are not an offer of credit. Decisions about a specific deal belong with the owner, the owner's own advisers and the funding partner involved.
Calculator Results and Worked Examples Are Not Offers
The repayment calculator and every worked example on the site show arithmetic on the numbers entered or on invented figures. A result is not a quote, and a real offer can differ in amount, rate, term and payment.
Links to Outside Sites and Embedded Forms
Some pages link to outside sites, such as Census Bureau data pages, and the request form is supplied by an outside provider. Those sites and services run under their own terms and policies, and Slateshore does not control their content.
Changes to These Terms and Who to Call
These terms can be updated; the version posted here is the one in effect. Questions about them can go to the office at (402) 256-7202 or through the contact page.
